In this case, follow the method [B].

[A] Upgrading through a network:
1. Run RWC_upgrader.exe.
2. Enter the IP address of the tester and push ‘Connect’.
3. If it says ‘connected’, go to 4. Otherwise go to [B].

please retry it after disabling all other networks in your PC.

[B] Upgrading through a direct connection:
1. Unplug the Ethernet cable of the tester.
2. For 5020A/B, push SYSTEM key and set IP_TYPE to STATIC.
Set the IP address of the tester, e.g. 192.168.0.3.
For 5020M, push FN key to see 'S:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' on the screen.
4. Unplug the Ethernet cable of the PC.
5. Open the property of the network configuration of the PC.
6. Go to ‘Change adapter settings’ and open the property of Ethernet connection.
7. Set IPv4 addresses as different from the tester's, e.g. 192.168.0.10.
8. Connect the PC to the tester directly using an Ethernet cable.
9. Run RWC_upgrader.exe.
10. Enter the IP address of the tester and push ‘Connect’.
11. Follow the instructions shown in the upgrader.
12. If it doesn’t succeed in upgrading,
please retry it after disabling all other networks in your PC.

If the tester can't boot successfully due to failure in the middle of upgrading,
upgrading should be retried in the emergency mode as shown in [C].
[C] Emergency upgrade
1. Power off the tester.
2. For 5020A/B, with the RUN button pushed, power on the tester.
For 5020M, with the FN button pushed, power on the tester.
Then, it will boot in the emergency mode.
The IP address of the tester will be shown on the screen.
